17th Season. List of major changes 17章の変更を英語で

There are few things have changed for the 17th season (17章)
Defending attacks will be much easier.
This page will try to explain some of them (not all)


Joint Attack 合流攻撃
This is the biggest change in the 17th.
For joint attacks, the time to arrive at a target is greatly changed.
It in NOT longer depends on the slowest fleet, but now, the distance.

Time to arrive = (900 x farthest) ÷ (fastest x 1/3) + 30 seconds + X seconds
  • farthest = farthest distance from the target, the longest.
  • fastest = fastest speed in the joint attack will be used.
  • X = 30 seconds for 6 or less fleet. 60 second for 7 or more.
 
The speed of joint attack is referenced to ONLY one fleet which is the fastest.
Others can be very slow, but the speed remains the same.

Example:
If following 5 fleets join the attack....

The fastest fleet is A, so it speed will be used for the joint attack. 74
 (does NOT matter what distance, Just the speed)
Fleet E is has the most distance, 10. 
(speed for EACH fleet is NOT important anymore)

= (900 x longest distance) ÷ (fastest speed x 1/3) + 30 sec + X sec
= (900 x 10) ÷ (74 x 1/3) + 30 + X 
= 9000 ÷ 24.67 + 30 + X
= 395 + X  = 395 + X sec = 6 min 35 sec + X 

X depends on number of fleet (30 sec for 6 or less, 60 sec for 7 or more)
= 6:35 + 0:30 = 7 min 05 sec to arrive

This change most likely slows down joint attacks,
but now, if there one speedy fleet is involved,
others can be very slow fleet BUT speed will be fast.

Once it departed, possibility of joining the attack will depend on the DISTANCE only.
(Distance and time left to arrive. The distance will be reduced by the speed)
No matter how quick your fleet is, you can't join the attack if your distance is beyond.
BUT if your distance is close, 
you may be able to join the attack EVEN with an extremely slow fleet.

TOP: Orange is the joint attack
MIDDLE: Red. If you are beyond the joint attack, you CAN NOT join.
 - NO matter how fast you are. Even your speed is 200 or faster
BOTTOM: Blue. you can join the attack.
  - You can be the slowest ever, but you can join because you are less in the distance

Cancellation of joint attack:
Only a player who set up the joint attack can CANCEL the attack.
(If the player lost the base, farthest player can cancel)


Time for Kasei: 専用加勢
Kasei,  Help Only will be reduced by 50%.
2:30 for distance of 30 or less.
5 minutes for more than 30.

Damage to the HP:
For defending your main castle, 本領.
the damage will be only HALF, 50%.
This is only for your fleet, but NOT for Kasei from other players.
Intercepting fleet does NOT get 50%, lost of HP won't change for 強襲.

Bonus for main castle level:
In addition to 天守, you can get bonus for 本丸 level 11 or more. 
本丸 never had bonus in defense, but now has if the level is 11 or greater.

Example:
 天守 Level 10 = 20% for many seasons
 本領 Level 14 = 10%  starting 17th season
You will get 30% in defensive power 防衛力

Defending Points:
The points are distributed by the defensive power.
Half of total points are distributed evenly by all participants.
Other half will be distributed proportionally by defensive power of each fleet.

Before ALL 3 get same points.
Now, 50% of it distributed by defensive power 防衛力


Attack Warnings to ally members: 敵襲警告 
All attack to any ally members 同盟員 can be notified to others.   
You can select or filter out.

自分=yourself  同盟員=ally members

Left side: check if you want to be notified
 - Main Castle, Dejiro Post, Post for Shadow.  本領、出城、砦
 - Village, sub-castle, base, flag 落村、支城、陣、領地

Right side
 - does not indicate 10 minutes or longer
 - does not indicate 5 min or longer
 - Slow all attacks.


Adjustments of Dejiro. 出城
Dejiro can recover after only 20 minutes. (not 90 min)
After the recovery, you will have 20 minutes of protective time.
(your dejiro can't be attacked)
However, if you attack others the protective time is gone.
You may send a Kasei or make bases without being attacked.

Once your Dejiro falls, the maximum score will be only 1000. 戦功
Any Dejiro which has NOT fallen will grow blue. 


Silvers, coins: 銅銭
Value, cost, bonus and prize will be increased 2 to 3 times.
I won't list all. but this is what you should know:
 - Cost of White Lottery = 500
 - Cost of Synthesis = 500
The values of silver is about the half or less.
So you better mange your savings carefully.

This is to reduced value of silvers which are collected from some Generals.


Other major changes:
Number of fleets are 6.  (It was 5, now 6)
Cancellation of any attack can be select until 5 seconds before an arrival.

17章からの合流速度

合流攻撃の仕様が17章より変更されます。

思いっきり不安でしか無いのですが、ユーザーは従うしかないのが辛い立場。
これで一段と新規プレイヤーが減るんだなぁって思うんですが、
運営が何とかしてくれるだろうと期待せずに待ちましょう。

17章からの合流は・・・・・・
・最も遠い人が起点になります。 (単独での到着時間は無関係)
・合流の速度は、一番早い参加者の速度で決まります。 (合流移動速度)
・合流攻撃は30秒加算。7部隊以上で設定されるとさらに30秒加算されます。

17章紹介のページに例が出ていますので、じっくりと読んで下さい。

これらが下記の計算式に入力されて到着までの時間が決まります。

 ・合流参加はタゲまでの速度ではありません。距離で決まります。

計算式なんて見ても分からん!って事で簡易表に。(想定:7部隊以上 小数点以下四捨五入)

経験の多い人なら、これ位なら許容範囲と思うでしょう。
神光征軍ってのが多いサバなら距離10で6分ぐらいです。
ただ、砦や盟主城付近の場所取りが激化しますね。(考えただけでもゾッとします)

でも! そんな天スキルが多くない新しいサバなら、20分以上の合流攻撃が普通になる。
大丈夫かなぁ。。。 みんなで合流してIXAの楽しみを覚えるのに、これじゃ苦痛。不安だな。

メリット 悪い事ばかりが気になりますが良い事も。
防衛側が極端に有利に。(加勢が早く遅れる、防衛する時間が増えるなどなど。警告も増える
攻撃側のメリットは、鈍足でも距離が近ければ参加可能になります。
   (一人でも早い人が居たら、残りの人が鈍足でも早い着弾になる)

出発してしまったら
タゲまでの距離で決まります。
その距離は時間が経過するごとに、参加可能距離が短くなっていきます。
(今までの様に速度100や200を出しても、距離が遠ければ時間の余裕が有っても乗れません)

新しい鯖だと守る方も20分以上待たされると攻守、両方ともにストレスが溜まりそう。
しかも20分もあれば加勢がタップリ溜まるし、30分ノックも普通になるのがね。

新たにIXAを始めよう!って思う人が思いっきり嫌な思いをするのでは無いかな。
合流攻撃がIXAで最初に感じる楽しさなのに、それが苦痛になるんだけどな。
新章では、神光征軍か、それに相当する武将が配布されれば良いのだけど。
